
A seasoned executive, Kimra Hawley leads Attenex with more than 20 years of enterprise software experience.
Kimra was the founding CEO of ActionPoint (NASDAQ: ACTP), the leading provider of unstructured document capture and classification for Global 1000 organizations and governmental agencies. In 2002, she became chairman of Captiva Software (NASDAQ: CPTV) following ActionPoint’s merger with Captiva to form the world’s largest provider of enterprise document capture software. Captiva was acquired by EMC (NYSE: EMC) in 2005. Most recently, Kimra was the CEO of iUniverse, Inc., where she repositioned the company to better meet the needs of target constituents in the consumer book publishing industry.
Kimra graduated from Pittsburg State University with a B.S. in psychology.

Joe White directs the sales organization at Attenex with more than 15 years of sales leadership experience.
Joe previously served as a director of sales at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), the largest independent systems management and services firm in the United States. He also worked as vice president of North America sales for Aventail Corp., a recognized Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Virtual Private Network (VPN) leader. While at Aventail, Joe was responsible for all North American field sales activities, including inside sales, direct sales, systems consultants and sales operations management functions. Prior to Aventail, he held various management positions in the sales and marketing areas at Mosaix, including vice president of North American sales and vice president of marketing.
Joe holds an M.B.A degree from Harvard’s School of Business Administration.

J.R. Jesson puts his 20 years of technology experience to work overseeing the company’s product research, development and quality assurance teams.
Prior to joining Attenex, J.R. led the global applications engineering team at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), which is the group responsible for strategy, architecture, design, development as well as research and development for global service offerings that supported $6 billion in annual revenue. Among his responsibilities, J.R. acted as a technology executive liaison for EDS Agility Alliance partners, including Microsoft, PeopleSoft/Oracle and SAP. Previously, he held executive-level engineering positions with companies including The Feld Group, Go-Comm, Inc., Digital Pilot Corporation and Multimedia Learning, Inc.
J.R. earned a B.S. in math and computer science from Creighton University.

With more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Elizabeth spearheads the company’s services and support programs for customers and partners.
She comes to Attenex from Bocada, Inc., an early-stage storage intelligence software company, where she served as vice president of global customer service and support. Prior to Bocada, she served as a principal at Voyager Capital LLC for five years and was responsible for developing and executing on the company’s enterprise software investment strategy. She also brings deep expertise in consulting, sales and product management through her associations with PeopleSoft, Marcam and McCormack and Dodge.
Elizabeth holds an M.B.A. from the University of Washington and a B.B.A in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Peggy O’Reilly brings more than 25 years of financial management and office operations experience to Attenex.
In her current role, Peggy's management responsibilities include the finance, legal and information systems functions. Prior to joining Attenex, she served as corporate controller for Primus Knowledge Solutions Inc. During her five-plus years at Primus, Peggy built the finance and operations departments from start-up through IPO. Before joining Primus, she spent seven years with Aldus Corp. prior to its acquisition by Adobe.
Peggy is a C.P.A and holds a degree in accounting.

Mike Kinnaman brings deep market insight and more than 10 years of technology product and channel marketing experience to Attenex.
Mike’s primary focus is understanding the evolving needs of corporate and legal customers while keeping the Attenex offering tuned to those business imperatives. Before joining Attenex, Mike was director of marketing at Noetix Corp., a provider of infrastructure software for business intelligence. Prior to Noetix, Mike was responsible for worldwide marketing communications and channel marketing programs at Appian Graphics, a provider of multi-desktop software and hardware solutions, and Spectra Logic, a provider of enterprise backup software and hardware solutions. He actively contributes to shaping the industry through leadership in industry associations such as the Sedona Conference Vendor Council and Electronic Discovery Reference Model Project.
Mike graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in journalism.

Eric Friedman brings global human resources expertise to Attenex, including more than 14 years in high-growth, high technology environments.
Prior to joining Attenex, Eric held senior-level human resource management positions at Avanade, Inc., a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture, Acadio Corporation, an Internet start-up company, and Adobe Systems. In his 5 years with Avanade, Eric developed the global human resources function to support growth initiatives that took the company from 500 to more than 3,000 employees.
Eric graduated from Lewis and Clark College with a B.S. in psychology.

A recognized industry expert and speaker on corporate e-discovery deployments, Ashley B. Watson serves Attenex as vice president and general counsel.
Ashley joined Attenex in March 2007 after six years as senior litigation counsel in BellSouth’s Complex Litigation Group, where she served as lead counsel on the company’s most significant litigation. She also developed BellSouth’s process for preserving documents and handling electronic discovery. She previously worked in private practice at several AMLAW 100 law firms focusing on complex commercial litigation and employment matters.
Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
