Oleinick has over 25 years of experience in the software industry and a Ph.D. from Carnegie-Mellon University. During his career, he has held a variety of software engineering, marketing, sales and management positions at large technology companies like Tandem Computers, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM as well as Pittsburgh area software companies like Transarc, MindMatters, and Relex Software.
