VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to Focus on Continued Company Growth
SEATTLE, July 20, 2004 – Attenex Corp., a developer of software for managing electronic document discovery in litigation response and regulatory compliance, announced today that Joseph White has been named vice president of sales and that Mike Kinnaman has been promoted to vice president of marketing.

White will apply his established relationship-building and management experience to develop the sales team and expand Attenex sales channels. White comes to Attenex from Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where he served as director of sales. Prior to EDS, White served as vice president of North America sales for Aventail Corporation, Inc., a leader in the Virtual Private Network (VPN) marketplace. Prior to Aventail, White held senior sales and marketing management positions with Innuity and Mosaix.
Kinnaman will continue to focus on product marketing and market strategy. Before joining Attenex in 2003 as director of marketing, Kinnaman directed worldwide marketing at Noetix Corporation, a developer of infrastructure software for business intelligence. Prior to Noetix, Kinnaman held marketing positions with Appian Graphics, Spectra Logic and AT&T.
