E-Discovery Market Leader Welcomes Joe Rose to Board
SEATTLE — May 24, 2006 — Attenex® Corp. Rose adds significant technology experience and successful tenure in board positions for prominent companies, including Captiva Software, SOURCECORP and currently People Support, Inc.

Currently, Rose is actively involved in developing and managing business investments as the founder of Narrow Gates Interests, LLC. Prior to this, he was an active board member of Captiva Software Incorporated, supporting the company’s successful merger with EMC in December 2005. Rose also served as the executive vice president and COO at SOURCECORP Inc., and as the President and CEO of FormMaker Software Inc., where he was responsible for driving the company’s successful growth as well as supporting a recapitalization with Safeguard Scientifics, and strategic merger with Image Sciences to form DocuCorp Inc., which went public.
Joe and his wife Rolynn have 3 sons and reside in University Park, Texas.
