Rankings for the Deloitte Fast 50 program are based on the percentage of revenue growth during a five-year span from 2000-2004. The ‘Rising Star’ represents a special award within the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 competition that recognizes fast-growing technology companies that have been in business for one to five years. Fulfilling the requirements of the Technology Fast 50, Attenex is emerging as a market leader in the electronic discovery space with 550% revenue growth since the company was founded in 2001.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50 Rising Star program, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $1,000,000 in 2004, be headquartered in Washington, and be a “technology company,” defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company’s operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.
